Typically, before we even speak a word, posture forms our first impression about someone. If you feel that your posture is hunched, tilted, twisted, bent, arched, or many other shapes then you may have chronically contracted muscles. Many of the limiting body shapes that people have were learned over time through pain, trauma, tension, and long periods of repetition and sameness.
