"... Today I start each morning with Somatic movements and I am living a much fuller and more active life than I have in years. Ryan’s expert instruction and knowledge have allowed me to enjoy more days on the water or restoring my classic boat. Somatic movement taught my muscles how to relax again instead of being in a constant constricted state. Thank you Ryan!"  Dan R.

"To my delight I can report improvement in my riding. My legs feel longer in the stirrups, meaning that my pelvic muscles are loosening. I can now access my ‘whole’ left side (back and legs) on the horse. This is allowing me finally to make balance adjustments and prevents falling in by one horse and helps alleviate a stiff left side reaction from another horse. My coach agrees that my riding has improved. Additionally I can breathe more freely..."   Mary Anne

"Since I started seeing Ryan Moschell for clinical one-on-one Somatic sessions I have noticed a number of changes that I find to be very positive. I can comfortably pick up my shoes from the floor first thing in the morning. Previously I had been too stiff for at least an hour to do this. I also have no more “rice krispies” when I turn my head. My foot, (when I check in at random times), seems to be more often in “neutral”.  I had very slight neuropathy..."    Roz

"I realized that I felt NO PAIN and had been feeling well since the last session."

"I realized that I felt NO PAIN and had been feeling well since the last session."

During the first session I mentioned a place on the back of my neck that I was sure was post surgery pain and had been diagnosed as inflammation/scar tissue. Ryan acknowledged the diagnosis but reminded me to leave open the possibility that what I was feeling could stem from Sensory Motor Amnesia. At the end of the session I had no pain in that spot for the first time in years. When I came to the next session a few weeks later Ryan asked me how my neck had been feeling. I had to think and check in for a minute and then I realized that I felt NO PAIN..."  Sharon
