It started when we knew it was about others…

During this international health crisis we are all making different sacrifices for the greater good. We are not only learning how to adapt, but we also need to learn how to thrive. Our daily routine, social interactions, sources of income, and possibly struggling with our mental, emotional, and physical health have all been impacted.

One way to thrive is to fully use the technology that many of us already have at our fingertips. If you are lucky enough to have this technology, you can access the whole world everyday from inside the walls of your home. Can you imagine living in a time where a pandemic was happening without the internet, TV, or a phone?

While you are at home doing your part, you will still need to think about your own self care. Limited space and a sedentary lifestyle can lead to increased pain, slowly building stress, general stiffness, and limited freedom of movement. As a muscular tension relief and control expert, I am here to help you during these stressful, tense times that we find ourselves in. Here are a few ways I can help you to navigate this tough time by learning how to feel better every day even during such a chaotic time.

Individual Online Sessions:

One way I can offer you relief as we all stay home is to offer each of you individual online Somatics sessions. These are highly personalized one-on-one sessions to assess and get to the root of what may be causing your physical issues. Until further notice, I am offering you a major discount since we are all in this struggle together. Online Classes - Donations Welcome:

I am also offering online Somatic movement classes from the comfort of your own home until further notice. These classes offer a communal form of learning and are less personalized than an individual session. I am requesting that you offer a donation to attend.
