Welcome Back…

First I hope that you and yours are well. For all of you who have been effected financially, physically or God forbid had someone you know be taken by this virus my heart goes out to you. I am beginning to navigate the road back to healthy, safe, healing in person sessions. I will only open if we can take as many precautions as possible. There will be many changes but my care will always be the best no matter what happens.

As a professional I have taken this pandemic very seriously and I closed my office March 16th. Closing was not longer a choice but a moral, ethical, and professional necessity. Since that time I have been teaching free classes and seeing a few people for one-on-one sessions online. It has not been easy but this too shall pass.

That being said I have missed you all more than you know. Some of you I have heard from in the past few months, and some I hope to reconnect with very soon.

Below are some of the things that will be changing. This list will be updated as we move forward into this new world. Although we may miss some of the way things used to be, now there are new opportunities to grow and change together. I look forward to serving you into the future and making your experience even better than you could hope for. Heres to a new day and feeling better with Ryan Moschell and Get Out Of Shape® from now on!

Changes With Care

This will be a learning curve for all involved. Please work with me and we will learn together. We will adapt to the new rules and shift as the virus is addressed over time. Please understand that I am taking these precautions because I care for you, your loved ones, and all those you come in contact with as well as my own health. Please remember this is about all of us staying well and moving forward.

CDC Guidelines:

https://www.cdc.gov/coronavirus/2019-ncov/prevent-getting-sick/prevention.html

Wash your hands often

  • Wash your hands often with soap and water for at least 20 seconds especially after you have been in a public place, or after blowing your nose, coughing, or sneezing.

  • If soap and water are not readily available, use a hand sanitizer that contains at least 60% alcohol. Cover all surfaces of your hands and rub them together until they feel dry.

  • Avoid touching your eyes, nose, and mouth with unwashed hands.

Avoid close contact

Cover your mouth and nose with a cloth face cover when around others

  • You could spread COVID-19 to others even if you do not feel sick.

  • Everyone should wear a cloth face cover when they have to go out in public, for example to the grocery store or to pick up other necessities.

    • Cloth face coverings should not be placed on young children under age 2, anyone who has trouble breathing, or is unconscious, incapacitated or otherwise unable to remove the mask without assistance.

  • The cloth face cover is meant to protect other people in case you are infected.

  • Do NOT use a facemask meant for a healthcare worker.

  • Continue to keep about 6 feet between yourself and others. The cloth face cover is not a substitute for social distancing.

Cover coughs and sneezes

  • If you are in a private setting and do not have on your cloth face covering, remember to always cover your mouth and nose with a tissue when you cough or sneeze or use the inside of your elbow.

  • Throw used tissues in the trash.

  • Immediately wash your hands with soap and water for at least 20 seconds. If soap and water are not readily available, clean your hands with a hand sanitizer that contains at least 60% alcohol.

Clean and disinfect
