Things To Do Before You Travel

Make Your Appointments:

– Schedule all your appointments online ahead of time. We may need to talk if you cant find all of the session times you need online. 

Medical clearance :

– If you need to be cleared by your professional healthcare provider to participate in gentle exercise/movement, make sure you do this well before your appointments.


– Schedule any needed language or ASL interpreter before your trip

Intake Form:

– For your convenience you can print, fill out, and sign both the Intake and Disclaimer Forms ahead of time and bring it with you to your initial session. Please conserve paper by printing both forms on one sheet of paper.

Planning your trip:

– Make travel arrangements

Things to let me know before you arrive:

If you scheduled an Interpreter please notify me.
* If you need a handicapped accessible room please notify me.

Make sure you pack:

– Clothing that is both comfortable and loose, allowing you to move freely
– Socks and an extra layer to adjust your body temperature
– Your printed and completed intake form


In-Person Payments:

– Preferred – US currency and checks with valid ID.

Planning Your Vacation: (between sessions)

– Check out my recommendations for local attractions, events, destinations, and restaurants
– Go relax, see the sites, enjoy a good meal and soak in the local way of life
– Repeat as many times as you like while you are here and ENJOY!

Preparing For Your Sessions

What to wear:

– Wear comfortable, loose clothing that will allow you to move freely
– Bring socks and an extra layer so you can adjust your body temperature
– Refrain from wearing perfume, cologne, or scents

Getting to my offices:

- You can get all the information that you need about how to get to your upcoming session on my contact page.

Recording Policy:

– Audio recording or video recording of any kind is strictly prohibited in any form without written and signed consent from Ryan Moschell and Get Out Of Shape LLC.

What to expect during your session:

– Your cell phone will need to be turned off!
– You will be fully clothed
– You will be either comfortably laying down or seated
– Ryan Moschell will guide you through your Somatic Education process
– You will learn somatic maintenance movements that you will commit to doing daily

After your sessions

– When it is possible, plan to take a walk and have some quiet time after your session.
– Make in-person or webcam appointments with Ryan Moschell to continue your Somatic Education.

When you return home:

– It is important that you commit to doing your daily somatic maintenance movements regularly.
– You can follow up with Webcam classes or Workshops as needed
– Don’t worry you can always come back if you need to!
