"For the last 2 weeks I have had the great pleasure of participating in online classes with Ryan Moschell. He has a business, Get Out of Shape based in Annapolis, MD. 3 evenings a week a group of changing (participants) faces has been participating in Somatic classes. I did not realize how tight my body had become. I feel like a new improved me! Ryan does a fabulous job leading the classes. We can feel how much he wants each of us to feel better.
