"Ryan is an amazing teacher of Somatics both in group and private sessions! Although I do not practice the movements daily, I do so regularly and always feel better afterward. My rib discomfort is a little better and the intermittent pain in my left hip seems to be gone! I will do small movements when going about daily activities and try to keep in mind the principle to go with the muscle action and not pull to stretch first :).
